Returns

You have 7 calendar days to claim return on applicable software/service/hardware/items from the date you received it.

Software/Services

If you have our ( Dingi Technlogies Ltd) service(s) and/or software(s) subscription(s), to be eligible for a return of your subscription(s) you need to have the receipt(sent to your provided email) or proof of purchase of the subscription(s) you took.

Hardware/Items

To be eligible for a return of item/hardware your item must be unused(where mentioned), without scratch and intact and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item/hardware must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item/hardware needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

You have 7 calendar days to claim return on applicable software/service/hardware/items from the date you received it.

Software/Services

  • Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Hardware/Items

Once we receive your item/hardware, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/request.

Shipping

In most cases if not otherwise mentioned, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs(if any) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
